Are you doing custom prints?

Sure we do! We do custom prints on a regular basis, ranging from simply adding/changing a name on the canopy rail to developing fully customized prints with unique sizes, features, and material. We can even ship your items professionally framed or printed on aluminum, ready to hang the moment it arrives. Since every case is different in some, way please contact us to discuss your needs.

How much is shipping?

We provide flat rate $9.95 shippinng via UPS Ground (USA Only). For further info, including international shipping, please visit our Delivery Information page

Are there any "surprise" hidden fees?

We have no hidden fees. You pay for the product plus the shipping only. There are no surprises during the checkout process.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow us a few days for printing, handling and packaging. Then, once your order is shipped you can expect it to show up as follows (in case of no expedited service selected):

  • North America: 5-8 business days
  • Europe, Asia, South America: 5-12 business days
  • Australia: Well...something between 2-4 weeks. Our experience shows that it's really hard to predict shipping time to Australia. However, since we have many satisfied Australian customers we can assure you that it will reach you sooner or later. We strongly recommend however, that you order early if you intend to purchase our items as Christmas or birthday gifts.

We can also deliver your order with an express courier like FedEx, DHL or EMS if you would prefer. Due to the cost involved please contact us to discuss this prior to ordering!

 

I'm worried about overseas shipping

Many of our customers are overseas, so we ship overseas on a regular basis with no problems at all. Also, all our orders are covered by shipping insurance by default, so you really have nothing to lose. 

 

How do I protect my prints?

We use world class printing technology, inks and papers. This ensures that our prints resist fading and weathering, and endure for your future enjoyment. We strongly advice you not to expose any prints to direct sunlight however. Framing with glass further reduces UV damage and preserves the quality of the prints significantly longer.

 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are a POD (print on demand) service, we do not keep stock. We individually print each order as it comes in.

This ensures that our prints are higher quality than the mass produced ones usually offered elsewhere. Also you can be sure that what you receive is newly printed and was not stored somewhere for years.

 

My package arrived damaged!

We do everything we can to protect your items. We send all prints rolled in paper and packed in strong mailing tubes, with suspension at both ends. Unfortunately however, once we ship a package we have no control over how it is handled and, occasionally, a package is damaged during transit. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately you receive your package and we will sort out the issue to your satisfaction

 

Can you please give me the high resolution image so I can print my own copies?
